Do I need an in-person adjuster visit?

No in-person adjuster visit is required for our remote process. The drone operator inspection is the only on-property touch; your in-house adjuster coordinates with your carrier remotely. Your carrier may still request information or a separate inspection under your policy, and the carrier makes the claim decision.

What happens after the drone inspection?

The images are organized into an AI damage report, the claim file and supporting documents are sent electronically, and an in-house adjuster coordinates the next steps with your carrier remotely.

Do I need to be home for the drone inspection?

We coordinate the property access details with you in advance. Whether you need to be present depends on your property and local requirements, so ask our team about access before the visit is scheduled.

Does this guarantee that my insurance claim will be approved?

No. We document and organize the file to help present the damage clearly, but coverage, scope, and approval are determined by your policy and insurance carrier.
