Good (Economy), Better (Standard), and Best (Premium) are three material-and-warranty tiers on the same quote. The base architectural shingle, the tear-off and disposal, the in-house install crew, the satellite-measured scope, the soft-pull pre-qual, and the virtual closing are identical across all three tiers. The difference is the shingle grade (architectural → designer → impact-rated), the underlayment package, the workmanship warranty length, and whether the drone + AI damage report is included.

If you pay the project off ahead of schedule — or in full at any point during the term — the interest stops accruing at that point in the standard amortization sense, not as an added fee.
